Asbury Church Online Store Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for supporting Asbury Church through our online store. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If there’s ever an issue, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • All tags and labels are still attached

  • The item is not a clearance, custom, or final-sale product

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at fulfillment@mythic.press with your order number and reason for the return.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We will replace the item at no additional cost.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A photo of the item (if damaged)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for safety or hygiene reasons:

  • Opened drinkware

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Clearance or final-sale items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, we will help arrange an exchange based on current stock availability.
If there is a price difference, we will issue a refund or invoice the difference.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
